Have you ever had a moment when you thought “just one more, I can start my diet on Monday.” Well let this be a Monday when you begin living and stop dieting! “International No Diet Day (INDD) is an annual celebration of body acceptance, including fat acceptance and body shape diversity. This day is also dedicated to promoting a healthy life style with a focus on health at any size and in raising awareness of the potential dangers of dieting and the unlikelihood of success” (wikipedia.org). Spread the word to your family, friends, coworkers, etc and let’s spread the wave of positive body messages that began in 1992 with the first INDD. This event page is place for you to share positive thoughts, INDD Resolutions, Blogs on positive body image, and Global support. Let’s make this the biggest International NO DIET Day ever!

^ I kind of understand what you mean, but I think for some people it’s important that they take that step back and realise they don’t have to diet to just enjoy life and love themselves. I don’t personally diet anyways so I understand where you are coming from, but it might be useful for those other people ^.^
Yeah! Most definitely. It’s a way to encourage awareness of self-worth and knowing that our value does not come from and doesn’t have to be controlled by our diet! ^v^! <3
I made a series of Calming Bunnies (based off of the Calming Manatee meme) for my friend Gab, who isn’t a huge fan of manatees!
We can always use more bunnies, I think.
